Our Team

Rev. Tan Hock Cheng is the homegrown Senior Pastor of Shekinah Assembly of God and the former General Secretary of The Assemblies of God of Singapore (May 2017 – May 2023). He also serves on the board of the Alliance of the Pentecostal & Charismatic Churches of Singapore (APCCS) and the advisory board of ChurchLife Resources.

At 17, Rev. Tan committed his life to Christ and came into full-time ministry in 2001 after serving in the marketplace for 3 years. He was appointed as Senior Pastor of Shekinah in 2005. His twin passions in ministry are mentoring and missions. He is married to his teenage sweetheart, Camelia, who serves in the marketplace.
